There is not one defination however one would think it includes at least 2 rooms and a larger than average bathroom, whirlpol tub, stand up shower, changing area and a walk in closet. hope this helps

FIRST ANSWER

Not sure there is a standard definition. In hotels it might be 1 1/2 rooms. Perhaps a closed off bedroom w/ a separate sitting area and one en suite bath? I think you just have to see it to appreciate it, or ask the listing agent directly what they mean.
