Planning to buy a home in Bloomfield, CT or West Hartford, CT. I really want a diverse town.
Not planning to use the school system. Want somewhere within 15-20 mins of downtown Hartford. Pros or cons?

Hvae you checked into Enfield? It is 10 minutes north of Hartford/ 10 minutes south of Springfield MA. and about 10 minutes from Bradley Airport. Enfield has just about everything when it comes to stores, restaurants, etc The crime is little to none. Great town. Email me budrusty@aol.com for more info

Sometimes there are areas, where Trulia might not a have local agent in your community to answer correctly. I always suggest calling some local realtors and asking them to help you out. You would be amazed how talkative, and informative they can be.
