Philadelphia, PA Townhome Developments with HOA Fees Allowed?

Does anyone know of townhome developments (or websites showing these developments) in the Philadelphia, PA area that allow for the owner to pay HOA fees, allowing for all maintenance to be taken care of? I'm 25, single and looking to purchase a first home that allows minimal fuss. Thanks!

Once you choose a realtor to help you, they will enter that information into their search criteria. This way you know that they will only be searching for this particular type of property for you. If you would like me to help you, please call me at 215-676-0863 or email me at gslawter@comcast.net.
Thank you and God bless.

There are several in Northeast Philadelphia in the 19116, 19154 and 19114 zip codes. You can take a look at my search and if you see something you are curious about, I can let you know what the association covers.

If you buy into what is called a PUD, not a condo, you actually own the property and are responsible from everything from the exterio and in. You may even have to maintain what is called a limited common area. There are developments like this all over. They have to be townhomes, not apartments. Apartments must be condos or co-ops. I can get into the full legal description over everything if you like. Call me at 215-852-4469 for more details

Ronnie,
I am not sure about right in the city, but I was at an Open House just outside of Philly that had a Homeowners association that maintained the whole development. I would contact a good buyers agent to get more specific details. I know of a few if you are interested. Feel free to contact me if you would like any more help. Good Luck!
