So I am very familiar with the condo market in Milford and surrounding area's.
I have lived in condo's for almost 20 years and sold almost a hundred in the 6 towns surrounding Milford (Heritage Sound) area.
The bylaws of contain the rules of each Complex. Only the unit owner and the Board have access to them. If the owner has misplaced their copy then a Board member would be able to tell the owner or the agent.
The agent has the ability to find out if they dig a little. There is also situations that go against the rules. Where I lived for 18 years only one pet was allowed in the bylaws but many owners had more than that and the restriction was never enforced. Some only allow cats.
I would be more than happy to do the "digging" for you. It takes a little effort and some skill to get the answers you require.
I believe in working hard for my client and doing whatever it takes to find just the right new home.
If you want an agent who will truly "work" for you, than I would love to be that agent.
