Hi Buyer

Actually great locality and schools.
You do fall into SC schools.

Both Braly Elementary and Peterson Middle are well rated schools. The location provides a good commute to many employers. It is within a short distance of downtown Sunnyvale. There are many reasons to like the community. Sunnyvale home values http://julianalee.com/sunnyvale/sunnyvale-statistics.htm ...

Evelyn Glen is a great community. It is walking distance to downtown Sunnyvale which is a huge plus! The homes are well designed but will vary in finishes. KB homes gives lots of leeway to pick your own finishes so the insides do not all look alike even thought he outside does. Braly elementary school is a great school despite what one of the other agents says below. Sunnyvale is appreciating quickly, and this location will benefit from not only Sunnyvale in general, but also from the proximity to down town and Apple and Google expansions.

Yes this is a nice place. If you want a report on the area I am sure your agent would have one. If not just send me an email and I would be more than happy to help you.

The sale prices of this 3 bed 3.5 bath floorplan jumped around a bit in 2013 -- Started at $725k, then dropped to $691k, then jumped way up to $810k.

Nice community. These are KB Home's "Evelyn Glen" units built in 2009. If you like new townhomes and don't need the top of the top school district, then Evelyn Glen is a decent choice.

It really depends what are you looking for. Commute, great location; schools, not super exciting; Plus, you have Wolfe and Train. Train can be very noisy. It definitely affect housing price and resale value.

Great community, great homes. I sold one in 2012 for 698k then another in early 2013 720k all cash, these prices have escalated quickly but most of Sunnyvale has. Still a great product and location.

It depends on what you want from this house!

I live near Fair Oaks and 101 and has the similar layout, 3br/3.5ba townhouse. Mostly young families and couples. It's about 15 minutes to all the major shopping areas.

The community is nice and close to many high tech companies and I think Sunnyvale the last remaining city that has room to grow after Cupertino, Mt View, Palo Alto, etc.
