We are interested in selling our two family brick home - but not until next year. We are willing to do a 'short term' rent-to-own with a down payment: taxes paid during this 6+ year 'term' - plus no interest to a bank! Beautiful, structurally sound house on a corner lot. Our goal initially is to help out a younger or extended family with ease of financing and home ownership. Also appreciate the fact of the banks/agents not having a hand in it.
