acreage (upto 5). Over the last couple of months it appears the Clovis area will become the new commuter town if you will. Could I please ask what price you would consider reasonable for a 5 bed 4 bath home on appros. 4 acres with a pool. The home is well maintained and the grounds landscaped? Thank you for your time,
Kind regards,
Fiona : -)

Hello Fiona.
Have you found a home yet? If not, there is an REO that recently came on the market and the price is currently just shy of $400,000....and it does have a pool...and sits on almost 5 acres. Please contact me for more information on this and other homes that may meet your needs. Thank you, Susan FresnoRE@hotmail.com

We are currently in a 4 bedroom home with a large bonus room upsstairs. . There are two good sized bedrooms upstairs and a large master suite with an adjacent bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity and comode room and also two walk-lin closets. The large bonus room could be used as a bedroom or as an entertainment room. There is another nice two room bathroom with double vanitiy and a separate room for the comode and shower/tub. There is a very large linen closet in the upstairs hallway.
There is one nice size bedroom downstairs and also a full bath downstairs. There is a formal living room adjoined by a formal dining room with a slider to the second patio. The kitchen is large with a large walk-in pantry, white cupboards and white ceramic tile. All bathrooms, kitchen, kitchen dining area, laundry rooms and downstairs hallways all have new ceramic tile in earth tone colors. The family room is just off the eating area in the kitchen and has a slider to the patio. the total square footae of our home is 3,027 and was buildt in December 1996.
The sprinklered yard, both front and back, have been professionally landscaped and has an in-ground pool with solar heat. The lot size is over 11,000 sq. feet. There is RV parking with a cement pad on one side of the home which is on a corner lot facing north. There is a nice park across the street on the West sie of the house with a playground. The elementary school backs up to the park. The junior high and high school are in a desired area.
We are located between Sunnyside and Fowler Avenues and Alluvial and Nees avenues. We are about 3/4 mile from highway 168 and close to shopping. We are about 7 miles from Riverpark Shopping Center and about 3 miles from Sierra Vista Mall.

Hello Fiona
Most of the "country" properties are on 2-2.5 acres but there are a few on larger parcels. I would say your price range would be from $400,000- $800,000 with a majority of them being in the $400-$500,000 range. These prices have dropped significantly as have the "city" properties. There are approximately 25 homes that meet your criteria available in Clovis. If you could purchase a home without a pool there are 56 homes that would meet your criteria. Please feel free to call or email us with any other questions. We would be more than happy to assist you with any of your real estate needs.
