Our bank did a no show for our closing on our new house -- any legal advice ?

Only a real estate attorney can give you legal advice - as Realtors it's against the law for us to dispense any. I'm not sure if there will be legal recourse or not.
I'm sorry to hear that your funding didn't come through. I know a few mortgage bankers that may be able to help you since they actually provide the money vs a mortgage company. If I can help please let me know.

I'm not sure I understand why the would not "show up". Realtors are not attorneys though. I recommend contacting an attorney for legal advice.
