As long as both parities agree it sure can. Just make sure the council adds that on the addendum.

I don't see why there can't be an addendum added to the P&S. Definitely worth inquiring to your attorney.

Good luck!

Absolutely! as long as all parties agree on it. Your lawyer can add an addendum to the P&S.

So if you haven't understood yet, ask your attorney first.
However, most contracts can be changed with written modifications signed by all parties.

Absolutely, as long as both parties agree. Consult with the attorney as they are the ones that handle this department.

Best of luck!

Hi Patricia,

all contracts can be amended if all parties are in agreement but do always check with your attorney before signing the amendment. Good luck

Thank you.. Once changes are made does the revised P&S have to be resent to the bank?

Yes but you should discuss with your attorney and mortgage person to make sure these would be acceptable for your financing .

Thanks! The seller wants it disclosed that we are going to keep her on as an consultant /business partner after the purchase of the RE property.. We just want to get the P&S over to our bank so we can order the appraisal and move things along.. and add this provision later... The seller is in default with her bank and we are trying to prevent the property from going to auction!

Yes. If all parties of a contract are in agreement on changes the changes can be made.
