There are also some owner will carry models available as well. I showed a number of them this weekend and we are under contract with one of the units.

Please keep in mind that there are a number of Single Family Residences that are within your price range as well. You may also qualify for the First Time Home Buyer Program, I see you have received the link already, if you need a lender within this area, again I can provide you with several.

By the way - have you heard of the First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit? There's an incentive for first time home buyers going on right now. If you make a purchase and it closes escrow before November 31, 2009- you will be credited $8,000 dollars on your income tax. If you don't have that much tax obligation - you'll get a refund!

I can connect you with home mortgage lenders who can help you find loan programs that are available for you, and they can help you through taking the necessary steps to get the tax credit!

It's really simple:

1. Visit http://Trulia.HavasuHomesNow.com
2. On the right hand side of the page - check the box next to "Lake Havasu City" under Areas
3. Select the property types you would like to see - Mobiles are classified under "Factory Built" (you may also want to consider looking into single family homes - the foreclosures have brought prices down enough where you will find some great single family homes under $100,000)
4. Enter "Any" to "$100,000" in your price range, enter the beds, baths, etc. under "HOME INFO"
5. Click Search!
