I work closely with Atria and do know that they are FHA approved as well as putting together a lease to own program. Although many developers are not approved for FHA depending on their occupancy it is possible to get a spot loan approval done. There are not too many downtown buildings that are currently approved for FHA, all though there are some builders working hard to make that happen. You really need to work with an agent that understands this market since it is very complex and which building can go FHA.
