Offered on a house, accepted by bank pending inspections. Inspections didnt go as planned, can I submit an
addendum without making the bank mad? Am I risking losing the house? (Bank owned house, been on the market 3 years) .. Recent water damage throughout basement and raccoons living in the attic with many urine spots on the drywall. Thanks for the help!

Glad to hear you have a job.
Since you've already submitted an offer and had your inspection, the only person who can answer your questions would be your agent. We cannot interfere, and you could never include enough information online for us to guestimate an answer.
I do suggest reading all paperwork for your offer carefully, some options may be available.
