Rod&leeshatto, Home Buyer in San Jose, CA

Not a question this time - this is Lee again - who yesterday reported an attitude with an agent at a mobile

Asked by Rod&leeshatto, San Jose, CA Mon Mar 16, 2009

home park. Today we reported her to her manager, who was appalled at her behavior. He did not just patronize us, but spent a long time listening to Rod (husband) who detailed the entire offending conversation. Manager was extremely apologetic and said he would seek out the agent immediately to have a talk with her. We are back on track now for making an offer on this place we like and we are promised she will get no commission if we buy - we will deal direct with manager. Rod felt he was sincere. He offered to buy lunch, etc. Rod just said he hoped that she - R... would never ever treat anyone ever again that way, and that if she has a medical problem of some sort, that she needs to get help for it. Thanks for listening!Yes, it does pay to report a bad experience!!! Yes, yes, yes!!!
