New to United States but have exteremely good credit in Canada. Can I get mortgage approved based on Canadian Credit & 20% down?

Looking to buy a house with atleast 20% of whatever cost but new to United States so credit score is not available yet but have very good credit in Equifax & TransUnion Canada branches. Looking for any mortgage lender company that works with international credit.

Conventional mortgage underwriting guidelines (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) require the use of a tri-merged US credit report. If the borrower has recently been residing outside of the US, an international credit report may also be required.
