New construction 2-part question. New townhouse in Montgomery County MD - they say if one more
house is sold in the row, they can start building the row and the builder would be very happy - does this mean I have some leverage on talking down the price? And, settlement is 6-7 months away - in this market, would I be crazy? Thanks!
