New construction in trevose-bensalem

Asked by Julie Debiasi, Philadelphia, PA Wed Jul 30, 2008

I'm looking to buy a new construction home in the trevose-bensalem area. The homes are not in planned communities. How much off the asking price would be a reasonable offer for a new home? I have a budget of 350,000, but the home that I'm looking at is listed at 368000.

Builders typically have a decent amount of room to work with. I would recommend working with a buyers agent to wrap the deal up. Maybe less than $350K would work or at least get some nice upgrades included if need be. Do you have a buyers agent ? If not, feel free to email me as I can refer you to my Trevose/Bensale expert on my team. You can send me an email from the "contact us" info from my website below. Good luck ! This is certainly a great take to take advantage of the market conditions. Smart move either way.

Do you have a real estate agent helping you with your purchase? Please contact me concerning your new home purchase. There are many ways to save money when purchasing a home, not just saving off the asking price. There are many topics we should talk about before you purchase. Call me, we can meet for coffee on me.
