New construction in trevose-bensalem

I'm looking to buy a new construction home in the trevose-bensalem area. The homes are not in planned communities. How much off the asking price would be a reasonable offer for a new home? I have a budget of 350,000, but the home that I'm looking at is listed at 368000.

Builders typically have a decent amount of room to work with. I would recommend working with a buyers agent to wrap the deal up. Maybe less than $350K would work or at least get some nice upgrades included if need be. Do you have a buyers agent ?
