New construction in Kirksville ...
Hi,
I am wondering how long the building process would take to build a home--starting from an empty lot all the way through move-in ready. It is a "simple" house that would be built--no basement, frame, and quite small at about 700 sq ft. Is there any way that such a home could be built in time for the Dec 1st tax credit deadline? Or would it be very hard to have it built thoroughly and well, and still be finished in time?
