You mention that there are new communities being built around WCI's Rivington in Danbury. I would be interested in researching them. Can you give me some concrete names?
Thanks.

There are several other newer devolpments throughout Danbury that you should look at other than Rivington. On the west side of town, they include Lake Place, Kensington Woods & Briar Woods. Over by exit 7 & 8, there is Sterling Woods, the forementioned Woodland Hills, Lexington Mews & Arlington Woods. Over by Candlewood Lake, there is the Poet's Landing devolpment, Crystal Bay & Barclay Commons. I would suggest driving through each community to see what ones you feel the comfortable in and then getting your own agent to represent you & arrange showings of individual units in the complex.

Latiaanne,
Rivington will have many "communities" within one commmunity (Encore +55, etc.).
There are other new construction options in the Greater Danbury area. Some of the new condo communities that have available units now are listed below in the link. Larger ones that come to mind include Timber Oaks on South St. near the Bethel/Danbury line, Toll Brothers has Bethel Meadows that is being sold right now and they have a second community that is being cleared now also in Bethel. There is the GDC community Woodland Hills which is already completed and is a large community with great amenities. Finally, there are a number of new construction small condos (below 50 units). Does that answer your question?
