New Twin Home - Westrook Park Section of Clifton Heights, PA

My son is thinking about buying a new twin on Sycamore Ave, in Clifton Heighs, PA. They are building 12 new homes in the Westbrook Park Section of Clifton Heights, PA. Everything is brand new and including a finished basement. I know you don't have a crystal ball, but will he make some money on it, if he goes to sell it in five years. He is a single guy and is looking to get out on his own. Thank you in advance.

Some things you will have to think about buying a new home in that area are the comparable sales no matter if they are new homes or existing. Once you find some comparable homes look at the taxes. More often than not the new homes will have much higher taxes just due to the structure of real estate taxing. After you are done comparing that you will have to ask yourself if the property you are looking at will be something that someone will want more than an existing house in the area. I have crystal balls for sale if you need one please call the hotline... 555-BALL!

Good luck with your choice. If you have any more questions or need more advise, call me I live in Springfield.
