Smyrna. The home is lovely with a great view of the course. The home is on the municipal course which has had a 3.2 million dollar renovation on the course. Your asking price does sound reasonable but it takes patience (sometimes a year or more) to sell in this market as the inventory is high and the buyers are few. If you are selling your home without the aid of a professional real estate agent you have eliminated thousands of potential buyers from even knowing your home is for sale.
