I can't find much online about it. Is there any detailed information?

The planned development is on the corner of SW 24th Ave and Parker Rd (122nd St) and is currently still under development. I am unsure as the to "launch" date of the project - there is nothing in the MLS at this time. There will be 80 ft - 1acre lots available but I don't have any pricing information yet.
