The good news is that there are very few new construction (2009) homes hitting the market in 33914/SW Cape.
The bad news is that the median price for homes sold in the 1400-1600 SF (no pool/dry lot) in 33914 is $74,900 YTD in 2009. The total number of homes in this range sold in 33914 so far is 98 homes so we do have a statistically significant sample size.
