My wife and I are considering buying a 2nd home in Ogden. Looking for minimum 2 bed/1 bath townhome, duplex or single family that we would use in the summer but rent out in the winter. There should be no restrictions on owners keeping dogs on site (restrictions for renters OK). We would need at least a small fenced courtyard or backyard area for the dogs.We are not familar with the Ogden area, our thoughts as to location would be either (a) within a short walk to the historic area; or (b) near the ski slopes with a nice mountain view and walking distance to hiking trails in the summer. Price is flexible say from $150K-$400K. Currently we just want to learn about which neighborhoods are best suited for our needs rather than finding specific available property. Thank You.
