Needing an attorney???

Asked by Erin, 59105 Tue Feb 25, 2014

We were sold a home where the sellers knew about a drainage issue and never disclosed the problem. We only found out because we called a company to do an inspection of the problem. They said they had given the previous owners a report 5 years prior. Do we need an attorney. It's a huge expense to fix.

I had the same issue, I had to go to arbitration. The sellers paid me $25/mo for 5 yrs. Didn't really help. If you can get the previous inspection report on the house, that lists your sellers on it, you might have something. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
