sorry you have missed that boat. Nothing there in your price range. But I can help you with other areas if that is the top of your range. Otherwise please let me know if you would like to know what is for sale there and I will get the info to you. alan@frontlinefloridarealty.com

Hi Amafast,

Although the areas you have mentioned are now priced out of your range, there are other great areas in Orlando with townhomes that match your criteria. Please give me a call if you would like more information on great townhomes under $140K. Looking forward to speaking with you soon!

Ammar,

Just like Lake Nona area, The boat also left the dock. Avalon Park is one of the hottest areas. Price has increase tremendously in the last two years. If you increase your budget to another $20k, then there will be some for you to choose. As agents, we only do our best to help you to select the best one. We can't turn back the clock now. Below is the link to all the 3/2 available in Avalon Park.

Sadly there isn't anything available to match your criteria. The closest thing I saw was a 3/2 short sale listed at 142k but it only had 1266sf and it also had multiple offers.

The likelihood of finding anything to meet your criteria is not good.

If you would like some creative alternative options with good returns on investment, I'm available to share some ideas an insight.

Are you over 65 with at least a million dollars in retirement savings?

If not, with rates this low, why in the world would you want to sink so much money into DEAD EQUITY?

By all means, buy a home now as these prices are going up, but with home interest being tax deductible, most would feel that diversifying most of that 140k in other investments may be a smart move here in 2013 and 2014.

Take a look at these programs and call me. http://www.pro-option.com
