Good evening the best bet is to contact an agent who has access to MLS which allows then to set in numerous criteria for a search specific.

I'd contact an agent. It's just too difficult to get all your requirements on craigslist. You end up wasting way too much time. An agent can put in your specific requirements and focus your search much more narrowly. They'll get you all the listings including foreclosures and bank owned properties. Send me an email and I'll be happy to put you in touch with a great agent in the Kerrville area.

Try craiglist for your area. Tons of listings, both agents and fsbo. Use the search feature to limit property list by acreage or suitable livestock.
