36 Tremont is not a 2 family and the house was sold on 06/24/08, if the house could flood the listing realtor would have disclosed it or it would be found on ispection by touch, smell, and by moisture gauge.

If Irena is correct and the home is sold, and you're not 'married' to Woburn, I have a legal 2-family in the Highlands Section of Lowell that I'm looking to sell. If you're interested contact me through my website.
