Need an experienced, locally knowledgeable and responsive realtor.

Julie
Home Buyer
Rogers, AR

We are looking for a retirement home in the Rogers area and I have been using various search utilities to find properties. However, I am very disappointed with realtor responses to questions about their listings. Can anyone recommend an excellent realtor who doesn't mind working mostly through email until we can visit the area? Thanks!

Hi Julie! I have been in Real Estate for 5 years now! I would love to work with you! I am hungry for the business! I predominantly work with buyers and have gotten to know the Rogers area fairly well! My little sister is a Rogers Police officer and helps me with area information I dont have access to. I also do ALOT of work via email, text and fax as many of my past clients have been out of state- Michigan, Idaho, California, etc. If you think we may be a good fit Please call me at 479-215-9060 or email me at bhjanes@cox.net. Hope to hear from you soon!

Julie,

I just purchased a home and I used Maria Willox with Crye-Leike. She is such a sweet person and totally honest. Most of our communication was via email AND text messaging. She had no problem with answering my texts or emails seeing as how that was the easiest way for me to communicate with her while I was at work. She also fought for the home I wanted and I just closed on 9/25/09. Her office number is 479-935-9650. Tell her Lisa sent you!

Good luck with your search! :)

Julie,

How many Agents were you expecting to not respond because they said to themselves "Well, that leaves me out!"

Contact Agents in the Area you are interested in, interview them about their services and what you can expect until you find one you feel comfortable with. It's your Financial Commitment, the agent for you is there just keep interviewing, it might seem frustrating and time consuming but it will be will worth it. For you and the Agent.

It might be one of the agents that respond here, check their Profiles & Comments.

Good luck, Dunes

I do most of my business from the internet and communicate frequently with my buyers by email. I can send you listings, make suggestions for areas where you might be most comfortable (after knowing your criteria, of course), etc.

Check my main website (lots of local info and also info about purchasing a home in Arkansas) at http://www.JudyLuna.com, search the entire MLS at http://www.NWArkansasHomeSearch.com, and read my blog at http://nwarealestateblog.blogspot.com.

I relocated here about 16 years ago, and when I got into the real estate business, I set things up so that I provide people moving to the area the kind of information I would have liked to have before I moved.

I would look forward to helping you.
