Hi Anthony. Will your son still be attending Rutgers in 2010? Are you still interested in investing in or around the New Brunswick area? There are some great short sales in a highrise in New Brunswick. The building was completed in 2006 and sold out in one day. Units that were sold for 600k are now at about 400k with a rental income of 30,000 year. Give me a call if you're still in the market for an investment.

Hi Anthony. If you want to float around some ideas and a price range, I'd be happy to help you out. One of my favorite places for investors is a development at the northern end of East Brunswick called Crosspointe. It is a mix of condos and townhomes and the development has excellent rental history. It's also a quick five to ten minute commute to Rutgers (or 15 minute commute during morning rush hour). Give me a call at 732-586-5488 so we can discuss in more detail.
