If you're asking whether developments in Jackson County use natural gas as opposed to total electric, C, the answer is that they do. You will find in new as well as older construction, the common practice is electricity for cooling, gas for heating and hot water, and a combination of both for cooking, leaning more heavily to electric unless a non-spec home. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
