Narragansett 2nd Home - Fall Student Rentals/Summer Vacation Home $300-$400k?

Does anyone specialize in renting houses to students (or anyone else) during the winter months? I was interested in buying a second home somewhat near the water- originally for $200k (but had very few choices in this price range) and would pay more ($300-$400) if I could rent out the house during the fall and winter.

Im not from the area and would need a local expert who specializes in this field. I only need it for summer use.

I have just the person for you, infact she has all the properties she manages filled for the up coming school year. Call me at 401-788-3715 and I will give you her information. The two best area's for student rentals are Eatward Look & Bonnet Shores. Homes in Eastward look go for a little bit more than the 400 range however Bonnet has good rental properties in the 350 -400 price range. If you want more information on these houses let me know. I would strongly recommend at least 4 bedrooms. Going rate is $500 per bedroom. Look forward to hearing from you. Have a great day.......Bob
