Narragansett 2nd Home - Fall Student Rentals/Summer Vacation Home $300-$400k?
Does anyone specialize in renting houses to students (or anyone else) during the winter months? I was interested in buying a second home somewhat near the water- originally for $200k (but had very few choices in this price range) and would pay more ($300-$400) if I could rent out the house during the fall and winter.
Im not from the area and would need a local expert who specializes in this field. I only need it for summer use.

The two best area's for student rentals are Eatward Look & Bonnet Shores. Homes in Eastward look go for a little bit more than the 400 range however Bonnet has good rental properties in the 350 -400 price range. If you want more information on these houses let me know.
