My wife and I live in NYC with our two children. We want to buy a vacation home in the Orlando area for next summer. We'd like to spend 100K-130K

Hi Alex,

Orlando real estate market prices have risen up for the past year.

For $100,000 to $130,000 you could probably find a town home but most probably a condo at this time.

I would assume that you are looking for a community with amenities since it will be a vacation property. Please keep in mind that condo or homeowners association fees will be an added cost to your monthly expenses.

Aqui tienes 2 buenas opciones, una lista para mudarse (equipada y amueblada) y otra que necesita pocas reparaciones. Ambas a 12 o 15 minutos de Disney.

Your going to have a hard time finding a home turn key below $130,000. close to Disney. Would you consider a town home or a condo close to Disney?
The Orlando market in the price range your looking for is very fast, as soon as the houses are listed multiple offers arrive.

We can do financng on a second /vacation home upto 90%, (preferable to do 80% if you can, that way you don't pay mortgage insurance

We can do single family or condo. It is always best to ask your loan specialist (me) to see if there are any issues wih that Assocaiation if it is a condo

Just wrote a contract Friday with some folks from Brooklyn. Lake county prices seem to be better that the Orange County. You can be near Disney and be in Lake county. Grab a map and find Clermont Florida just North and West of Disney, Sea World and the others.

I do work the Orange county and Seminole county areas as well.
