My wife and I assumed a loan for a mobile home 10 years ago. Today we signed papers for a loan for a house. Now they are saying we are not getting tax

Do we have to stay with the contract on the house, the 8,000 is in the contract or can we get out 1,000 back because we were informed wrong about the 8,000. We signed a contract and filled out the load and signed them. We have not went to settlement, or heard anything from the bank of the sellars

I am sorry about your dilema......It is important to have good Buyer representation. Please ask your Agent to explain the content of the contract and what your options are.
