Or you can go to the most searched, Century21.com
I am a member of that referral Program. Drop me a line and tell me what you expect and I interview and then give you a contact number for you to interview at least three experienced agents in the area.

Go to remax.com the second most searched web site for real estate in the USA. You can find all the remax agents there by area, language, and specialty. Or you can contact me : ) at my web page below and look for a home using the links provided.

Hi! I am a buyer's agent in Winter Park with many clients who have primary homes in Texas. I am also an investor so I can "personally" guide you to investment properties that could fit your needs. Let me know if I can help. The market nationwide may be soft but this resort area is in the early stages of growth and we are not being as affected by this real estate crisis nationwide. It is a good time to buy! Please call me at 970-470-2398, Marilyn anderson

Bill:

I live and work in the Stone Oak area. I just recently sold a large custom built home up Wilderness Oak and have a 4bdrm in Promontory Pt. w/a Greenbelt behind on the market now. If we know what amount you are qualified for and how much you are willing to put down, we can find just what you're looking for. Visit my website and complete the "Dream Home Finder" and I will send you listings that meet your criteria.

Bill, lots of good opportunities in this area. You can view all of active listings at Bradfield Properties.com and search by area, subdivision, school district, etc. While this the largest independent real estate company in San Antonio, it has all of the listings in the MLS SYSTEM. (and yes, I am a realtor for Bradfield) I am of course very familiar with this area, but always suggest you interview at least 3 agents. Ask for references and some type of documentation indicating level of experience with proven results. ( I am an Accredited Buyers Rep, ABR). SAN ANTONIO IS A GREAT BLACE TO SPEND THE WINTERS; ENJOY!!!

Bill,

You are in an enviable position...looking to buy a Winter home in a Buyers market. I wish I could help you but I am a Dallas based Realtor. However, I am a member of the largest relocation network in the world...Cartus Relocation Network...and my affiliate network includes San Antonio. I would certainly be happy to find a professional Realtor in that area that has in depth knowledge of the Sonterra/Huebner area for you and that will work on your behalf.

Please feel free to call or email if I can provide any assistance to you. Best of luck and thanks for using Trulia Voices.

Keep in mind that you need to be pre-approved for a loan prior to searching for a property. Lenders are becoming strict on 2nd homes need to handle the lending side prior to looking. I do have a personal friend of mine that has a beautiful lake front property in Holly, TX ( East Texas) is the market for $499K sits on 3 acres, gated golf community with private boat dock. It is posted on my website. Just a thought if you consider another area.
