How did your home purchase go? Prices today for a 3 bedroom in Ontario start in the high $100's. Many repos need some work. We are starting to see traditional sales not involving banks again. Most bank owned homes in this community are seeing multiple offers, which was not the case 12 months ago.

I'd be happy to assist you and your wife in finding a home. The key is patience. There are some Realtors who are lacking in that arena. But, there are a lot of really goo agents as well. It appears your income is sufficient and unless you have some credit issues and no available cash. I don't see a problem. FHA requires 3% down, and there are some first time buyer programs as well. Ontario offers a wide range of prices(from the mid $100,000's and up). The trick to finding those that fit your needs is to start seeing properties and eleminate those areas,property types,etc..,that don't fit your needs. If finding an agent to show you properties is a problem, I'd be happy to do so whenever you may want.

There are 24 3+2 homes in Ontario currently that are bank owned. They range in price from 176K to 415K.

Hi Allyn, let me ask you a question, how much are you qualified for? its very important because that is going to determine the price range your new house is going to be and without that information its difficult for anybody just showing you houses that you may not even quality for. That the price range can be very wide, it all depends on 'Living Sqf, year built, and neighborhoods within the same city like: Above the 210 Fwy but close to Victoria Gardens Mall". You can get up to 110 houses 3Bed 2Bath for sale starting at $275K up to $350K. A lot of those can be ROE's but I don't know if any of those may be a good match for you.

If you haven't secure your financing its the first thing you have to do ,get pre qualified, we have great loan programs and I can sure try and match them to you particular situation . After that I'd be glad to send you by e mail a good number of properties and once you decide which ones you like from pictures and the description online, I can set an appointment and show them to you.

Allyn, That is a shame that you're having trouble finding someone. Try going onto Realtor.org to find a Realtor rather than an agent. I don't specialize in Ontario but I can send you some listings and try to find someone through my contacts.
