How exciting to begin the journey of buying your first home. The most important question to ask yourself is what can you afford that will make your new home a pleasure and not a burden. Tustin Field has many condos that provide assistance for families who meet certain income requirements.
So what are you looking for. Do you need 2,3 or 4 bedrooms. Have you been able to save for a downpayment? The more you can put down the lower your payment and interest rate. FHA loans are great for first time buyers but they do require mortgage insurance which adds to your monthly costs.
This is a very fast moving market with a lot of competition for buyers. Properties come one the market and sell often with in hours of hitting the market. To have the best opportunity to purchase a home a buyer has to be RWA and having an agent who can let you know when a property comes on the market so you have the best chance to see it before it is gone.
Would be happy to answer any questions,
Best regards,
Valerie

HI Jeremiah,

Check out me website at http://www.wehelpubuy.com. I have a program where I share my commission with my clients and you can use that money to pay your closing costs. My average client gets back about $7,000. I work with lenders who will contribute with credits of their own to save you more.

Give me a call for more information.

Yes, they are income based programs. You may also qualify to purchase in Tustin Field which is an income based community. If you would like more information, please contact me.

Happy Tax Day!

There are some great programs that help buyer’s get the best deal for their home purchase. We have a program that allows you to only put down %5 with no Mortgage Insurance cost and a loan that is affordable. This could save you thousands of dollars.

With inventories so low, there are many clients’ that make offer which never make it to the sellers table. We work with you to circumvent the agents that only forward “cash” offers. Preparing you for the road ahead is “critical” to getting your offer accepted. We can do a “free” consultation with our team and find a strategy that meets you needs form a budget and timing prospective.

Look forward to helping you in any way we can.

Thanks,

Hello,

Great question. What an exciting time for you. Inventory is low right now with homes for sale, however, there are properties available in Tustin Ranch and the surrounding cities. I would recommend that you get pre qualified first to find out what your purchase price range is. This will help you see where all you can afford. Once you have this, feel free to get in touch with me and I can help guide you to find your first house that you will be able to call home.
Thanks,
