to $2000.00 a month

We lived on the mission field for the last four years, no tax returns. We have worked with the same organization since 2005. We have both been in our industries for 15 years.
I am self employed, I get a base, no expenses and not taxes taken out. I came back to my industry when I moved back to the US.
My husband is salary, tax exempt because he is a pastor.

Sounds like you are looking for a lender that does what is called a "No Doc" or "Low Doc" loan. If you don't mind sending me your email, I can try to contact some of my lender friends and ask them who they recommend. My email is truvaluerealty@gmail.com

Thanks!

I clicked it too soon accidently.
The lender I talked to said no one will touch it because i have no provable income. I found a lender that does it for 600, so my husband does qualify. However, they can't use my income because we don't have tax returns.

Does this sound right?

Amy,

I am assuming that you are asking if you qualify, since you really didn't pose a question. :) This is definitely a lender question. So best thing for you to do is talk with a lender who can guide you in the right direction. Maybe Lynn or Tom will chime in here and give you some good advice!! Good luck!!
