Cigarron03, Home Buyer in Glendale, AZ

My rental lease is up in Dec. 2012 and I am buying a house and the close date is 7/17/12. Am I able to break my lease due to purchasing a new home?

You will need to review your lease to see if you can do this.

You can also ask your landlord about it now. They may allow you to do this if you can find someone to take your place as a tenant.

Good luck & all the best,
