My real estate agent did not disclose that the I house I bought was going to incur special taxes, can I do anything about it?

It depends on if your realtor was aware of the special taxes, according to California law failure to properly disclose this information at the time of sale can make the seller liable to financial and other repercussions, so if the seller had informed your agent of these taxes and then never disclosed them to you, you would have to be able to prove he received them from the seller and then never gave it to you..

What special taxes are you talking about. Other than a higher transfer tax, there should be nothing out of the ordinary (property tax wise). Please elaborate.
