My mom is looking for a foreclosure or pre-foreclosure home in the ParkWood subdivision in Elgin. It needs

to be a ranch style home.

Does anybody have a client who needs to sell. Or are there any Elgin agents who know that subdivision particularly well.

We used to live there years ago and now my mom wants to go back.

Nice neighborhood. I am not sure if there are any available in such a unique circumstance (foreclosures aren't in all areas).
