My middle score is a 688 I make 36000 a yr.. How much house could I get approved for?

Besides income and credit, lenders also consider your debt to income ratio which includes your monthly recurring debt. Things like car notes, credit card bills, etc. have an impact as well. I can connect you with a lender that will have a definite answer for you within a day.

Just contract any lender of your choice for those answers. I am not sure how you found out your FICO score but the lender will also share that information with you as well.

Hi Jazz,
This depends on a lot of factors. The main one other than what you have already addressed would be the amount of other debt payments you are required to make every month. I am often able to get my clients approved for a higher payment than other banks are if the client so wishes. However, I also want to make sure that you are comfortable with what your payment will be. Just being able to be approved for a higher amount, does not always make it prudent.
