Bill is correct, You should contact a Real Estate attorney for information on this. I wish there were some real estate attorneys blogging here.

FIRST ANSWER

Hi Marcia,

Your best bet would be to consult a Real Estate attorney and have them draw up a quit claim deed. The deed then needs to be recorded with the county in which you live/or the property is located.
