My husband is getting transferred to Point Beach Nuclear Plant. We will be in the area for less than two
years. Is the market such that we should rent? Will the market allow us to sell our house at a profit in such a short time period? If we buy, what area is close to work but desirable enough to sell quickly? Thanks for your input.

FIRST ANSWER
Due to the economy there are many homes for sale in our area and at a less than market value price. If the economy turns around you should be able to receive an profit on your sale. It all depends on what you pay, what the market is at that time and how well you take care of the property.
