My husband and I would like to but a house. Unfortunatley our credit is not in great shepe at this time. We are trying to pay on things but its going
to be awhile before we are in shape to finance a home. I am wondering if there are any homes in the Elmira Heghts, NY area which would consider selling on land contract?
