My husband and I need a rental or lease/purchase in Westfield area (within 20 miles in any direction).
Prefer rural setting, but in-town with large lot okay too. (Have 2 med. sized dogs - need room outside. Housebroken, well-behaved Aussies.) Looking to pay around $600 per month. Willing to do some minor repair or cosmetic work to home while renting, if you're trying to sell a fixer-upper that's not moving. (No major repairs such as foundation leveling, roofing, and the like.)
