changes and need a bigger place to live. We have been rebuilding our credit but before I attempt to get a preapproval from someone I want to know if it would be worth our time or a waste. Can anyone give me some insight?
If all of those old accounts are being correctly reported included in bankruptcy and you have been rebuilding your credit.... You should have a great chance.
Not enough info to really give you a more firm answer... But this scenario comes up often and shouldn't be a problem.
Hi Lydia,
A majority of my clients have less than perfect credit. Unfortunately that is the reality of the current market. I work with several lenders that will work you. If you do not currently own a home- this is the time to look at buying. You may qualify for first time tax credit of up to $8,000. There are also bond programs and loans that you may qualify for especially in the rural areas. Please let me know if you would like more information on homes in Azle.
Thank you,

I have a local lender (Bank of America - Southlake, Texas) who will pull your credit and discuss your report with you. He has qualified 3 clients for me that thought their situation to be futile.

You will not be obligated to work with Bank of America. The beautiful thing about this liason
is they work directly with ZIP Realty and they have a special team assigned to us so when we
do find a home that you would like to make an offer on, David will communicate with me directly
as to how to write an offer that is in your best interest!
Feel free to sign up on my website to look at homes!

With out looking at your credit report it would be very difficult to determine what can be done. My website allows our clients to pull their credit reports on line. This would be the first step that I would recommend to see what can be done. Here is how to pull your credit report via our site:
In order to pull your credit report on our site please look on the left hand side of the main page. You will see a tab that says “Pull Your Credit Now”. Click on this tab and then follow the link. Once you have clicked the link a new page will appear and you will need to click on the red button that says “Pre-qualify Now”. A new page will come up with a short loan application. You only need to complete the boxes that have a red star next to them. When you are done with this page just follow the prompts and you will be done in no time.
I will be paged as soon as you pull your credit report and then we can go over it together. I hope this helps and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
