Why not take the time and explore the area first, check out shops, dine at a local eatery, look at parks, transportation, etc. and take it from there. Ultimately the decision will be yours as only you will know where you will be the happiest and at the same time know what will satisfy your wants and needs.

Northern Westchester would be ideal for you. Please check out my website at http://www.nyhometeam.prudentialrand.com as I have several homes on the market for under $400,000. The house on Friends road is great and right near the town pool, close to shopping and the Taconic! Please feel free to contact me at nyhometeam@aol.com with any questions! I look forward to hearing from you!

Your best bet is to find the school district you want to live in and then search in those districts for the house thats fits your needs. Goto AskRey.net, click on the schools link. It will bring you right to the NYS Education Department website. Choose the school district you want, then search the home is that district on the search page. If you need help...Ask Rey.

How far are you wanting to move. Do you want to stay in the same general area, or are you looking to leave the state?
