Hi Melvina .
There are a vast selection of floorplans and style homes in the area you requested. The prices range from $30-$65,00 .I have been selling in that area for many years and it would be my pleasure to assist you.

Melvina - did you buy anything yet?

I'm just curious - I'm working with a buyer looking in Safari Woods and Dial Heights and we are looking for a mid-century ranch that looks unique, and needs some love. What we are know is that there are many remarkable, mid-20th century built properties available in Eastern Dekalb - we like split-levels and single level ranches on at least 1/2 acre.

That $40,000 number though is hard to come by for quality and location...

There are approx 250 homes listed in Stone Mtn GA $30,000 - $40,000.

I must say that many people are moving from that areas due to the zoning issues in the schools.
