Both of our credit is above 620. I was wondering about the moving from FT. Lauderdale. We currently own a mobile home and rent the land. We want to get out of this situation, my husband can work from home for the company he currently works for so employment is not a problem. Does anyone know if this will disqualify us from being approved for this loan? I read somewhere that you can't own a home to qualify?but what if we are relocating?

I live in Hoschton, which is next door. Winder is a great central city to start and prices are low. There are other cities that qualify as well. Talking to a good loan officer and Realtor team is a great way to start.

Perfect, right in my backyard and I have the perfect lender to work on that loan for you. Contact Chris Drexler at Platinum Community Mortgage (Lawrenceville) at 770-325-7032. Chris' office has been doing the USDA loans in Barrow county already so they are well versed in the guidelines, etc.

Part if all, not all, of Winder would qualify for the USDA loan and I have a lender who is able to write that mortgage for you provided your credit is above 620. You can apply at their website online and they will call you shortly afterwards. Then when ever you're ready to look at that property or others, please call on me.
